Brittney Moon realizes the impact the law can have on your life. She brings her small-town values of hard work and dedication to support you and your family through trying legal times. Brittney is strongly committed to providing the assistance you need to navigate the sometimes challenging and complex family law landscape.

While in law school, Brittney worked as an extern for Utah Legal Services where she gained experience drafting family law motions, divorce complaints and protective orders and researching family law issues. Brittney also worked as a legal clerk for Denton M. Hatch P.C., in Spanish Fork, Utah, while in law school and after graduation. There she drafted appellate briefs, trial documents and discovery requests and oversaw cases through the Utah Court of Appeals and the Utah Supreme Court.

Brittney A. Moon has had a passion for the law since a very young age. She grew up in Santaquin, Utah, and graduated from Brigham Young University in 2005 with a BS in Political Science. Brittney attended both Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in Fort Worth, Texas and Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. She received her Juris Doctorate cum laude at Brigham Young University in 2008.

While in law school, Brittney was a lead editor for the Journal of Public Law, a member of the American Inns of Court, a recipient of the Dean’s Honor Roll and a member of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. Brittney A. Moon lives in McKinney with her husband, Danny, where they are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
